SUPPORTING YOUTH IN ORIENTE DE CALI:
A RUGBY FOR A CHANGE INITIATIVE
At Muisca Coffee, we believe that coffee is more than just a product – it’s a bridge between cultures, communities and opportunities. As a company dedicated to importing the finest Colombian coffee and bringing it to the heart of Canada, we are equally committed to giving back to the communities where our coffee is grown. This is why we proudly support youth in one of the most vulnerable areas in Colombia – Oriente de Cali.
EMPOWERING YOUTH THROUGH RUGBY
In the vibrant city of Cali, located in Colombia’s Valle del Cauca Region, many children and adolescents face significant challenges. With limited resources and opportunities, the youth in these communities often struggle to find safe spaces for growth, personal development and success. That’s where our partnership with FUNDACION SER PARA SER comes in.
Each month we allocate a portion of our proceeds to support the development of this program, which offers not only athletic training but also valuable life skills. Rugby, with its core values of teamwork, discipline, respect and perseverance, provides these young individuals with a platform to build character and achieve their full potential.

For the youth in Oriente de Cali, the rugby program represents more than just a sport – it is a chance for a better future. By participating in this initiative, they are given access to the tools and mentorship necessary to pursue their dreams and create meaningful change in their lives.
